4. Purpose of processing personal data

The primary purpose of the personal data register is to record the planning and implementation of the customer’s training and assessments, as well as for the statistical analysis and planning of the controller’s activities. The register is used for managing customer relationship information, training logs, and/or feedback.
The data may also be used for Joonas Merelä’s own operational analysis, monitoring, planning and development, statistical purposes, and for informing and reminding customers about services

 

5. Data content of the register

The following information is recorded for customers: first and last name, date of birth, personal identification number, postal address, phone number, email address, details of service events, billing information, customer history, and other information collected with the customer’s consent.

 

6. Regular data sources

Information provided by the customers themselves, feedback from payers relevant to the training, and data collected during the training period. All information is obtained with the customer’s consent.

 

7. Regular disclosure of data

Data is only disclosed with the consent of the customer or their legal representative. Information may be shared between Joonas Merelä’s assistants or colleagues if required for the customer’s training program.
Otherwise, personal data can only be disclosed within the limits allowed or required by applicable law. The customer can revoke their consent at any time.

8. Transfer of data outside the EU or EEA

Data is not transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

 

9. Principles of register protection and retention

All data is confidential, and the staff is bound by a confidentiality obligation. Only individuals involved in the customer’s training or related tasks may access the training-related information and documents unless the customer specifically grants permission for data sharing. The manual archive is stored in a locked facility, with the key held by Joonas Merelä.

 

10. Right to access

Every customer has the right to inspect the data stored in the register about them. Inspection requests must be made in writing to the data controller.

 

11. Right to request data correction

Every customer has the right to request the correction of incorrect information stored in the register. Correction requests must be made in writing to the data controller.

12. Return Policy

The customer has the right to exchange or return products within 14 days in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law. The right of return only applies to unused and resalable products in their original packaging. There is no right of return for online products.

13. Payment

The prices of the products and any associated shipping costs are paid at the time of ordering. In our online store, payment can be made using the following payment method: Stripe.
