Samalla taito kasvoi huomattavasti: Nyt osaan ottaa heitosta pois tai lisätä nopeutta tarpeen tullen. Itselleni mielekkäin asia oli heittopituuden kasvu, jossa tuli vanhaan n. 20 m lisäys! 🚀📈

Disc golf is a young sport that doesn’t have much research data and evidence-based practices. Through my work, I strive to bring researched knowledge into the sport and to participate in its development. I aim to help players, coaches, and instructors by sharing researched information.

Who am I?
My name is Joonas Merelä and I am one of the first professional Performance Coaches in disc golf. Currently I am working with the Finnish National Disc Golf team and also with multiple Disc Golf Pro-level players.
